WHEN DOES THE PROMOTION START AND FINISH?
The Regina Rewards initiative opens at 09:00:00 BST on 5th June 2023 and closes at 23:59:59 GMT on 31st December 2023.
HOW DO I GET THE WELCOME GIFT
Starting from November 2sd, the welcome gift will be awarded to the first 1,000 members who join the Regina Rewards program. Once the stock runs out, the welcome gifts will no longer be available.
WHO CAN ENTER THE PROMOTIONS?
The promotion is open to all the residents in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and its holding companies and subsidiaries and their immediate families; its agents and suppliers and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
WHICH REGINA PRODUCTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THE PROMOTION?
The Eligible Regina products are: REGINA BLITZ (1,2,3,4 Rolls); REGINA XXL ABSORB (1,2,3,6 Rolls and 4 Rolls Cube); REGINA SERIOUSLY SOFT (4, 9, 16 Rolls), REGINA SOFT BAMBOO (4,9,12,16 Rolls); REGINA THIRSTPOCKETS (1, 2, 3, 4 Rolls).
HOW DO I ENTER THE PROMOTIONS?
To enter the contest, you have to purchase an eligible Regina product in a store in the UK or online from an e-commerce platform that offers delivery in the UK. After making your purchase, you need to register or log in on rewards.regina.uk.com and upload an image of your purchase receipt.
WHEN IS A RECEIPT CONSIDERED VALID FOR THE PROMOTION?
The receipt is considered valid for the contest when it clearly shows the time and date of purchase, name of the store/e-commerce, amount spent, and name or reference of the eligible Regina product(s) purchased. Remember to upload an image or document in the following formats: png, jpg, pdf, with a maximum file size of 6 MB.
HOW DO I PLAY THE INSTANT WIN GAME?
After uploading the image of your purchase receipt, you will find out immediately if you have won an instant prize. IF I WIN AT THE ISTANT WIN GAME, HOW DO I REQUEST MY PRIZE?
If you win at the instant win game, you will be contacted by email by noreply@regina.uk.com and will be asked to respond within 10 calendar days with the needed details to receive the prize. Instant prizes will be delivered by post or courier within 28 days of the winners' confirmation of eligibility
HOW DO I ACCUMULATE POINTS AND CLAIM THE MONTHLY REWARDS?
For each valid purchase uploaded, you will collect 1 point for every 1£ spent on Eligible Regina products. Points will be rounded up for prices with a decimal of 0.50£ or above, to the nearest whole number. For instance, for products priced at 2.50£ or 2.75£, you will receive 3 points. You can claim a maximum of one reward per month. Once you claim a reward, the corresponding points will be automatically deducted from your points balance. The list of rewards will change every month. Retailers e-card will be delivered via e-mail by noreply@regina.uk.com within 28 days of the request.
IF I DON'T CLAIM THE MONTHLY REWARD, WILL MY POINTS BE DEDUCTED?
No, your points will not be deducted if you don't claim the monthly reward. They will remain available until the end of the contest, and you can use them to claim rewards in future months. If you have not claimed rewards at the end of the contest, the points will be reset.
HOW DO I ENTER THE FINAL DRAW?
You will receive one entry for the final draw for each valid purchase receipt that you upload.
IF I WIN AT THE FINAL DRAW, HOW DO I REQUEST MY PRIZE?
If you are selected as a winner in the final draw, you will receive an email from the appointed prize agency (The NDL Group) within 10 working days of the winners' selection. You will be required to respond within 10 calendar days, providing all contact details, your choice of prize, and a copy of a valid identity document – allowing you to travel to Italy (passport). The prize consists of a "Family Eco Adventure in Tuscany". As a winner, you will be entitled to choose between two travel options: Family Eco Adventure in Tuscany in Pisa or Family Eco Adventure in Tuscany in Florence.
