WHEN DOES THE PROMOTION START AND FINISH?
The Regina Rewards initiative opens at 11:00 AM (UK time) on 15 October 2025 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 15 February 2026.
HOW DO I GET THE WELCOME GIFT?
To receive the welcome gift — a £20 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card — you must register on the promotion website by completing the registration form and accepting the Terms and Conditions. Then, log in with your credentials and click the designated icon to participate. You’ll immediately find out on screen if you’ve won the £20 Amazon Gift Card. If you win, you’ll also receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to validate and redeem your prize. Note: You can only enter this once, and prize validation must be completed within 10 days of receiving the winner notification.
WHO CAN ENTER THE PROMOTIONS?
The Promotion is open to legal residents of mainland Great Britain who are 18 years of age or older.
WHICH REGINA PRODUCTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THE PROMOTION?
All the Regina branded products available at participating stores in the UK and on e-commerce with delivery in the UK (hereinafter, Eligible products).
HOW DO I ENTER THE PROMOTIONS?
To enter the promotion, purchase an eligible Regina product in a UK store or online from an e-commerce platform that delivers within the UK. Then, register or log in at https://rewards.regina.uk.com/ and upload a clear image of your purchase receipt or delivery note. Make sure the document clearly shows the product, the date of purchase, and the retailer details. Once submitted, you'll immediately find out if you’ve won a prize. You can enter once per day with a new valid purchase.
WHEN IS A RECEIPT CONSIDERED VALID FOR THE PROMOTION?
The receipt is considered valid when it clearly shows the date and time of purchase, the name of the store or e-commerce site, the amount paid, and the name or clear reference to the eligible Regina product(s) purchased. Make sure to upload a legible image or document. Remember: order confirmation emails are not accepted for online purchases. Only invoices, delivery notes, or payment confirmations are valid.
HOW DO I PLAY THE INSTANT WIN GAME?
After uploading the image of your purchase receipt, you will immediately find out on screen if you have won an instant prize: the prize available is a £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card. You can upload one valid receipt per day during the Promotion Period to try your luck.
IF I WIN AT THE ISTANT WIN GAME, HOW DO I REQUEST MY PRIZE?
If you win an Instant Win prize, you’ll see an on-screen confirmation right after submitting your entry. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to validate your win. To claim your prize, you must follow the instructions in the email and complete the validation process within 10 days. For entries with purchase, you may be asked to provide the original receipt if needed. Once your win is validated, your prize — a £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card — will be sent to the email address you used at registration, within 90 days.
HOW DO I ENTER THE FINAL DRAW?
Every time you upload a valid purchase receipt as part of your participation in the promotion, you’ll automatically receive one entry into the Final Draw — no extra action is needed. Each valid receipt gives you one chance to win, even if you have already won an Instant Win prize. At the end of the Promotion Period, one winner will be randomly selected to receive a trip to the Seychelles worth £6,000. The £6,000 voucher can be used to cover the cost of the flight and/or hotel accommodation.
IF I WIN AT THE FINAL DRAW, HOW DO I REQUEST MY PRIZE?
If you win the Final Draw, you’ll receive a notification email at the address used during registration. To claim your prize, simply follow the instructions provided and complete the validation process within 10 days. You may be asked to provide the original purchase receipt for verification. Once your win is validated, you’ll be put in contact with the designated travel agency to organise your trip to the Seychelles worth £6,000. The £6,000 voucher can be used to cover the cost of the flight and/or hotel accommodation.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PRIZE?
All prizes will be delivered via email to the address provided during registration. Amazon Gift Cards will be sent directly, while the travel prize will be coordinated through a designated travel agency.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T VALIDATE MY WIN ON TIME?
If you don’t complete the prize validation process within 10 days of receiving the winner notification email, your win will be forfeited and the prize will not be awarded.
